Introduction: Ilizanov skeletal stent is a medical device for repairing limb deformities. Since its birth in the 1970s, it has been widely used in clinical surgery. This design starts from the user experience and investigates the actual situation of patients and medical personnel using this equipment. Starting from the pain points in the actual use process, the concept of intelligent equipment is brought into the treatment process. Upgrade the original clumsy and difficult-to-control equipment. With the prominent characteristics of intelligence, automation, and the Internet of Things, it reduces the problems of patients who cannot be accurately controlled during use and have no data feedback. As well as the cross-hospital joint discussion and follow-up of diagnosis and treatment among doctors in the process of diagnosis and treatment, so as to save medical resources. At present, the product is not much different from that of the last century. It retains simple and effective parts and requires manual operation. In today's increasingly complete intelligent equipment, the medical equipment will also be integrated into the intelligent medical system. As a new type of intelligent hardware, it will have autonomy, intelligence, data analysis and processing capabilities. During the design process, I participated in the follow-up investigation of patients, doctors, nurses, and family members and other related parties. Dig out the problem points and solve them one by one. The design points are: intelligent automatic rotation controller and prototype machine. Marked fixing ring, graduated connecting rod. As well as the new standard bolts, it not only facilitates the daily use of patients, but also brings convenience to the doctor's operation process. In addition, it is also equipped with relevant software support, patients can view their own course of treatment through the software, remote inquiry. Doctors can check past cases in the system, track current patient conditions, arrange affairs, etc. Ultimately, the product will be smart medical, Internet of Things, telemedicine and other features, making the diagnosis and treatment process simple and comfortable.
