NFC intelligent torque screwdriver matches the torque of APP/applet. Fluorescent batch head avoids the situation that family users will damage the product if they exert too much force in the process of daily use of screwdriver, and the tightening effect cannot be achieved if the force is too small. Unreasonable screw tightening method may cause loosening of screws and damage of parts caused by excessive stress in the process of future use of the product.
In this design scheme, users can access the network through APP/WeChat applet to select the product type (e. g. small household appliances-electric rice cooker) that needs to be tightened, and then touch the NFC sensing area on the side of the mobile phone and the electric screwdriver. The program can automatically match the required torque information to the driver of the electric screwdriver through NFC. So as to realize safe and efficient fastening action. At the same time, the screwdriver batch head in this design scheme adopts fluorescent encapsulation material, which can find the batch head more quickly at night after the batch head falls and is lost, thus avoiding unnecessary losses. The front end of the electric screwdriver has a large aperture lighting lamp, which can provide lighting at 360 degrees without dead corners.
