The intelligent high-speed servo control system, based on the attitude calculation technology of the UAV, has a 360-degree all-round anti-shake effect, which can effectively offset the hand jitter of the 85%. Automatically identify and distinguish between conscious movement and unconscious jitter, such as eating, can effectively offset hand tremor, but do not deal with hand movement.

Jia Jian Geometry: Rui Meal Intelligent Anti-shake Spoon TC20 adheres to a minimalist design method, aiming at restoring the essential state of the product, abandoning redundant decorative language and making the product more integrated.

We will pay more attention to the needs of real users for desserts, refreshing points and pain points. Excessive packaging will only bring users complicated operation experience and psychological feelings, while conforming to users' usage habits and unconscious operations are the core concerns of user experience.

We designed the anti-shake spoon of the sharp meal into an integration of the spoon handle and the spoon cover, which is more in line with the user's usage habits and operation logic for the tableware, and the integrated spoon cover can eliminate the infection of external bacteria to the greatest extent and ensure the cleanliness of the tableware. It can also improve the portability of the product. From the perspective of industrial design, the product can abandon the interference of redundant and complex design elements and highlight the meaning of.

Compared with the first-generation products, the second-generation intelligent anti-shake spoon has added targeted functions that specifically solve the problems of Parkinson's patients and elderly people who have difficulty eating noodles. We are adapting ten kinds of rotating fork buttons that use product gestures, and we can freely replace the spoon head and fork head through magnetic attraction according to user requirements. When using the fork module, press the rotating button, and the fork can rotate for one week to assist in winding the noodles on the fork, thus assisting users to eat strips of food with greatest convenience. In addition, in order to avoid the danger caused by the misoperation of the fork rotation, we have added a distance sensor under the premise of satisfying different postures to give users a 100% sense of safe use.

Design: Which stage is the most challenging stage for designers in the whole design process?

Jiajian Geometry: In the whole design process, there will be many overturns and restarts in each step, and the most unforgettable stages will be more.

In the early stage, at the front end of the overall shape and style design, we did a lot of user research data collection, but there were as many as 10 gestures for users to use the product. We carried out system analysis and made about 20 3D printing models according to the results of the system analysis. We collected the research data again, narrowed the scope and then repeatedly debugged until a higher degree of adaptation was reached, in the process of repeated verification, about 30~40 3D printed handle shapes were fine-tuned.

The most challenging thing is the integration of innovative functions.

At first, when we added the rotating function that is convenient for users to eat noodles, from the appearance to the structure and the internal hardware team, we have also experienced the difficult process of disagreement to reach a consensus, because everyone knows that innovation is a double-edged sword, bringing advantages At the same time, we need to face more problems that follow. When the value it brings is higher than the disadvantages caused by the problem, it is an imperative road.

Therefore, we finally decided to bring warmer and more humanized care and innovation to the products in the future, successively solved the problems of appearance, structure and hardware, and spared no effort to bring the warmest functions to users. In the whole process, in order to eliminate the danger caused by misoperation of rotating forks, we brainstormed more than a dozen solutions.

Capacitive switches, accessory sensors, etc., finally after repeated tests and hardware support verification, the most reasonable and stable distance sensor was selected. The next question was how to place it and which position was more reasonable. So the team began to brainstorm and conduct field user research, observe real user usage scenarios, and collect various possibilities that will arise when using products as much as possible, what happened and what is predicted to happen will be taken into account. After carefully determining the installation position, repeat the test again, a few millimeters of position deviation may bring bad experience.

Finally, debug to the best state, bring this warmest function to users, and also bring them a natural lifestyle like ordinary people.
