Children between the ages of 3 and 7 are not fully developed and cannot control themselves well because of various physical functions. Brushing teeth is often accompanied by swallowing and vomiting. Due to this unpleasant experience, children reject brushing teeth. Children like to play with toys when they are young. Toys will make children's heart wall happy. After preliminary research, it is found that most children like to play with bubble machines. The design concept starts with toys and bubble machines. The combination of the two can achieve that children can also blow bubbles when brushing their teeth to achieve fun so that children are not tired of brushing their teeth.
Children between the ages of 3 and 7 lack adequate self-control as their physical functions are still under development, and thus often have swallowing or vomiting problems when brushing their teeth. Such unpleasant experiences are likely to make children feel repulsion against tooth brushing. At their early age, children like to play with toys which give them pleasant feelings. Our previous survey shows that most children enjoy the fun of bubble machine, therefore our design starts from the ideas of toy and bubble machine. By combining those two, our design allows children to blow bubbles during tooth brushing, which give them fun and help keep them from getting bored about toothbrushing.
