Design Description: After using electric drills or cutting machines for many years in China, convenient and easy-to-carry electric hand-held ceramic tile cutting machines are gradually being desired by ceramic tile practitioners. There are too many limitations and hidden dangers in cutting tools such as electric drills used by decoration workers in the cutting process, such as ceramic tiles cracking when opening round holes, physical injury to operators during hand-held operation, and inaccurate operation, etc.
Based on the above situation, this design will design a hole opener that combines an electric drill and a desktop cutting machine from three aspects: appearance innovation, use function innovation, and structural innovation. A support seat is arranged outside the electric drill to make the drill in the center of the support, thus solving the problem of incomplete cutting. The ceramic tile hole opener controls the drill bit to go down at a constant speed, and the contact surface between the support seat and the ceramic tile is not easy to slip, the problem that the tiles are broken due to uneven force is solved.
Design method: First of all, starting from market research, the background of the product, market status, advantages, etc. are analyzed. It can be seen that the electric tile punching machine has more room for improvement and perfection. On the basis of detailed investigation and research, start to product design positioning, determine the corresponding product attributes, working principles and functional requirements. Through the above research and analysis, the product shape must be sketched, not only to adapt to the working environment of the product, but also to solve the pain point problem through structural innovation, and then through modeling and feasibility analysis, the final design plan is selected, and the design plan is determined through the scale model. Design verification, and then determine the final plan, and issue design drawings such as product design effect drawings and size drawings, and complete the design.
Innovation point: This design is aimed at the ceramic tile punching machine (there is no such product in the market, it is based on the discovery of problems, and the existing products in the market are innovated and combined). There are many disadvantages in the process of ceramic tile punching, the most prominent disadvantages. First, when the drill bit first touches the ceramic tile, it is easy to slip, and the strength of people cannot be too heavy, which is easy to cause the ceramic tile to crack, since the cutter head cannot be guaranteed to be completely vertical downward, it will cause the tiles to come out. Starting from these two aspects, innovative design is carried out, and the principle and structure of electric drill and desktop cutting machine are organically combined to solve the above design pain points and realize innovation. In addition, after analyzing the people and the workers in the process of using, the left and right hands and the tilt angle of the handle should also be considered in the design.
Material technology: The large area of the fuselage is made of resin material, injection molding, ABS plastic with different surface treatments of various handles of the machine, and the handle is frosted to increase friction. Screen printing technology is used for the body logo and warning text. The base and bracket are made of steel to increase the weight and make the product more stable. The bottom of the base is made of rubber to increase friction and prevent the product from slipping and punching failure during punching.
Structural technology: The product design structure is mainly composed of motor, screw rod, coaxial motor bridge, locking device, working base, drill bit, reducer, handle, commutator, etc. (Combine the advantages of bench drill, that is, good stability, vertical drilling direction, no deviation, and the basic functional attributes of electric drill drilling, and innovate in structure, so as to obtain a new product design structure). The principle of 3D printer is adopted to ensure that the drill bit will be vertically downward, and when the hole is opened, there will be no ballast, the hole will be complete, and there will be no burrs. The rotary encoder is connected with the motor, and the hole opener moves downward at a constant speed. At this time, the force is constant. The operator holds the handle lightly, thus solving the tension of the operator. At the same time, the problem of ceramic tile cracking caused by poor strength during ceramic tile opening is also solved.
Market: With the development of more than ten years, the ceramic machinery industry is no longer a small role in the past. Now the ceramic tile machinery industry is developing very well and has a great impact on the whole building materials and home furnishing industry. The overall market share is growing every year, and the products have a certain extension and innovation space. It is urgent for ceramic machinery enterprises to strengthen innovation and enhance brand awareness in the development process of the coming year. Judging from the situation, the performance is uneven in various regions. East China and Central China are the main low areas and other unpopular areas have great market prospects.
