This time I worked with my space design classmates to complete the "Oasis Of Hope" project, which aims to create a normal living community for patients with advanced cancer. In China, there are currently a large number of advanced cancer patients actively or passively receiving "overtreatment", which sometimes aggravates the condition and leads to complications, and ultimately causes the patient to die in pain. Focusing on the psychological problems of cancer patients during hospitalization, we have established an ideal palliative care community, hoping to improve the quality of life of patients, so that they can return to normal life and feel loved and needed. In the project, I am responsible for finding pain points and solving this problem by building interactive systems. By building a blind box interaction device to give patients uncertainty about tomorrow to bring hope to them, by building an online app to guide users to understand the community, and through the game general scene with patients and family members to interact closely.

We focused on the psychological aspects of cancer patients during their hospitalization, creating the ideal palliative care community, with the hope of improving the quality of life of patients and giving them a chance to return to a normal life where they feel loved and needed. The interactive device gives patients hope and eliminates their worries about tomorrow by building an interactive blind box device. It also has an app to guide users through the community, and allows patients to interact intimately with their friends and family through game-like scenarios.
