ST series is a plane joint robot developed by Astro Boy robot for high speed and high precision sorting link. It has four degrees of freedom of space for translation along XYZ three directions and rotation around Z axis. The mechanical arm and the speed reducer adopt an integrated design and adopt a unique tooth shape, which greatly reduces the volume of the mechanical arm while providing support for large load and high rotation speed. With the use of high-speed motors, the speed can reach up to 240ppm and the repeated positioning accuracy is ± 0.02mm; The body adopts internal routing, with strong integrity and protection level up to IP65. ST series is the leading domestic SCARA robot products.
In terms of industrial design, through the family design language and the construction of a visual image with the theme of "fast", the robot sub-models under six different scenes of 480/620/800 and A/B are integrated to design maximum versatility. Red and black color has gradually formed the product characteristics of Astro Boy.
