The homework for leather goods class was made carpentry by me.
When I first chose to make this thing, I was lazy, and the wood came out directly on the lathe very quickly.
It is not the same as what was made in the past. From the very beginning, this one was not considered in particular detail. It was made while groping. It was more like a manual, not a design.
The steps of bonding forgot to shoot, so it was directly on the machine. This piece of material was bonded with black walnut and beech wood with white glue. Originally, the wood was two cuboid pieces, and it took some effort to cut them into a circle (because the shape is not very regular and cannot be directly on the lathe).
Sewing leather is really not good at this. Every time I sew something, it is killing me.
I also missed a step here. I made the copper base and didn't take any pictures ~ ~ I had to mend my brain.
It is a large copper plate that is cut off by an angle grinder, and then the polishing machine is simply polished, and the hand is stuck on the table label and bent, but the folding is not very good and a little crooked.
At first, the pointer was a fat circle, and later it was corrected to be cut into a square one.
Looking at this finished picture again, I still have one step missing. The four-circle scale is the copper leather nail drilled and then embedded in. The process picture was not taken ~ ~, but the brain was filled.
