The 7th power tool design competition,

IGUNDAM-The design of heavy-duty electric pick is different from the single form of traditional electric pick. It is the first device with a "motor track holder", which can move the center of gravity of the heaviest motor part to the lower part of the handle. The user can reduce the force of supporting the arm when dealing with objects perpendicular to the ground, thereby improving the working accuracy and reducing the fatigue of the arm and wrist on the side of the human body holding the switch, abandoning the seriousness, solemnity and regularity of the original construction machinery modeling, it adopts the simple and lively design commonly used by current smart devices. The concise style gives the product more connotation to let users experience the feeling of anger, liveliness and lightness. The complex mechanical structure is hidden under the simple appearance, which makes people feel lively, smooth, friendly and safe; the front handle is designed to rotate the tool axis at 360 °, the front and rear 90 ° rotation form adapts to various human body postures, conforms to the ergonomic structure, reduces the fatigue of the elbow and wrist, and improves work efficiency; the large-diameter precision mirror cylinder reduces friction and outputs strong impact; the rear handle is added The machine status display detects the running status at all times, which reduces the user's learning cost on the machine. Keep the machine in good running condition at all times, making the working process safer and more reliable.
