The designer uses modularity to optimize the internal arrangement, reasonably arrange the strong current module and the weak current module, and improve the safety and reliability of the product. For the internal control module and signal module, the modular assembly method is adopted to realize the rapid replacement of parts, which effectively guarantees the uninterrupted water supply for residents. With the continuous development of the economy, more and more pump houses have been built, the water supply at the end of the pipe network is insufficient, the problem of water supply during the peak period is becoming more and more obvious, and the water quality safety of the last kilometer is full of problems. The intelligent integrated pump control system jointly built by Trojan design and Shanghan Technology aims to solve the problem of secondary water supply in old residential areas, from water supply to good water supply. In the product planning stage, we use the modular design concept to optimize the internal arrangement, reasonably arrange the strong and weak power modules, and improve the safety and reliability of the product. For the internal control module and signal module, we use the bracket to adopt a modular assembly method. When the parts are damaged, the module can be quickly replaced, which is efficient and fast, and ensures uninterrupted water supply for residents. The way to facilitate the later maintenance also greatly saves the later maintenance cost. While enhancing the practical value of products, it brings higher commercial value to enterprises. In the product design stage, we went deep into the pump room of the old community, conducted field research, understood the current situation of the product use environment, sorted out relevant data, and provided support for the later design. At the same time, we collect and analyze the existing products in the domestic and foreign markets, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, and are committed to creating an intelligent water supply system that is more in line with the Chinese market environment and brings new social value. The product itself can be combined with intelligent APP for water supply control, which greatly improves the convenience of the product in use and control. Through close cooperation, a series of technical and technological problems have been solved. Finally, it successfully promoted the product listing, solved the problem of secondary water supply in old residential areas, and increased the influence and commercial value of enterprises.
