Introduction: In the post-epidemic era, the return from foreign countries and seasonal attacks may occur on a small scale at any time. The prolonged crisis has put forward new requirements for sanitary disinfection of public places.
Firstly, the background of elevator key disinfection was studied on the table, including indirect contact transmission, unmet disinfection standards in public places, disinfection status and analysis in public places, and the characteristics and risks of UVC were understood. In the field investigation, I learned about the various positions of the elevator buttons and their lack of standardized arrangement methods, and analyzed the use of the buttons and the appropriate installation positions of the disinfection lamp products; then combined with desktop research, the nationwide The key area was summarized regularly, and it was decided to use the 20cm module splicing method; the investigation found that the urgent disinfection needs of the elevator during the peak period were not met, four hypothetical schemes are proposed, and the feasibility of the final analysis is determined to enable the product to work in a short operating gap, plus the way to guide users to actively wait. During the process, interviews were also conducted with resident users and property management personnel. Users hope that the product needs to reach high standards, be trusted, and danger warnings, and management convenience and product prices also need to be controlled; before starting the design, the UVC disinfection on the market The lamp was analyzed for competition, and the advantages and disadvantages in user evaluation were analyzed and summarized for reference.
In the early stage, 4 concepts were diverged, and the side irradiation scheme was selected for detailed design. The position of the lamp source with a guarantee size of mini was analyzed, and the double safety guarantee through dual sensors and baffles was adopted. One of the important points was cost control. For UVC lamps, it is equal to efficient irradiation. Through analysis and calculation through simulation software, two influencing factors of distance from the light source lamp and angle from the center are integrated, it is determined that the design is most efficient when the center point of the beam illuminates the remote button, and finally the iteration of the product, as well as the modeling design and iteration after discussion with Party A.
