I have been using this Besson filter box as a turtle cylinder filter, only to find a pain point:
Turtle stool and residual bait are easy to leak from the holes of the filter box and accumulate at the bottom of the filter box, making it difficult to clean up the hidden dirt.
Looking at the accumulation of dirt repeatedly polluted water, changing water scrubbing is particularly troublesome.

Fit the bottom of the filter box to catch the falling fecal residue and collect the dirt.
No need to disassemble and clean the whole box, but remove the base regularly for cleaning,
Reduce water quality fluctuations, take care of the turtle tank to save time and effort.
