In 2030, as the world's attention in keeping the peace grew continuously, the World Health Organization(WHO) and the United Nations Volunteers(UNV) in the UN developed a new ambulance best for different topographies such as a desert and a cave. Bellows is a compound means of transportation made in collaboration between the UN and Volkswagen and is a rescue ambulance designed to save world refugees. Bellows is designed with the accordion motif. Taking the role of a connection of the vehicle, the flexible shape of the accordion increased the stability of the vehicle and helps transfer patients.
