According to the latest data of the seventh national census, the total number of elderly people aged 60 and above in mainland China is 0.264 billion, accounting for 18.7% of the total population. On the other hand, according to my country's urban and rural population flow in 2020, it can be seen that my country's urban and rural population has undergone structural changes. The population living in cities and towns accounts for 63.89% of the country's population, while the proportion of the population living in villages has dropped to 36.11%. Compared with the 2010 census, the rural population decreased by 164361984. The influx of rural young people into the cities, and a large number of left-behind elderly, women and children stay in the countryside, which also greatly increases the difficulty of rural medical security. At the same time, the left-behind elderly people do not have the ideology of regular physical examinations, so they have no awareness of the hidden dangers that may arise in the body. In the face of the elderly population with blocked news, poor learning ability and even illiteracy, remote consultation, a technological means that can only be realized by smart phones, is an insurmountable gap for them, just as the recently introduced health code is unfriendly to the elderly population. Based on these current situations, the integrated design of rural medical care and remote consultation is designed to enable the elderly, women, and children left behind in the countryside to experience the medical convenience brought by remote consultation, and to enhance health awareness and regular physical examination awareness.
