Design Description:
In high-end manufacturing fields such as lithium, electronics, and packaging, the color difference between the millisecond often determines the final quality and safety of the product. Faced with the challenges of high-speed production lines, complex materials and harsh environments, traditional detection solutions have hit bottlenecks.

Deep Vision Intelligence officially launched a SS2-70K5D dual-spot white light spot photoelectric sensor. As the flagship upgrade of the SS1 series, it integrates the three core technologies of double spot detection, ultra-small spot and white light perception, aiming to provide high-end industrial customers with a more accurate, stable and reliable new color detection standard. Curvature rounded corners make metal industrial products more compatible; the screen panel wraps keys to divide functional partitions, which is clear in vision and easier to use;

Compared with the standard fillet, G2 curvature fillet in the CNC machining transition smooth, to avoid obvious traces of the knife

Relying on the core advantages of high-precision detection, high-reliability operation, and resistance to harsh environments, the application scenarios of SS2-70K5D color sensors can be extended to electronic manufacturing, packaging and printing, general automation and other fields.

Surface treatment process, for aesthetics, protection and subsequent laser engraving black, hard oxide film needs to be controlled at 20-25μm.

The product is being tested for waterproofing and 24h high temperature aging. IP67 grade protective shell is adopted to withstand dust, water washing, vibration and temperature difference impact, adapt to harsh industrial environment such as lithium battery workshop and electronic workshop, ensure continuous and stable operation for 7 × 24 hours, and reduce maintenance cost.
