This design topic is aimed at hemiplegic children who have learned disuse due to sound upper limbs but unilateral upper limb function damage. Combining two clinical occupational therapies with complementary advantages: CIMT(constrained induced movement therapy-restricted contralateral induction affected side) and HABIT(hand-arm bimanual intensive training-hand-arm bilateral unarmed intensive training), the assistive device design with music games and mortise-and-tenon splicing toys as carriers can better realize the two methods and build a bridge for the combination of the two.
Let 7-11-year-old hemiplegic children perform simplified string, drum, and command activities with one hand through splicing tenon-and-tenon structures of musical instruments to carry out comprehensive training of fingers, wrists, elbows, arms and shoulders.
