Introduction: With the deepening and development of urbanization, land resources are tight, and the problem of crowded housing and transportation follows. Housing and car are the two basic conditions of modern life. As a consumer group with rigid demand for housing and car, the lifestyle of young people at this stage is very different from that of the nuclear family; while the current income is low, the change is large, and there is a transitional demand. It is urgent to solve their housing and transportation problems. This topic is an enterprise cooperation project. Based on the self-driving chassis of Hunan Huda Aisheng Automobile Technology Development Co., Ltd., combined with the current development trend of living and traveling, the design concept of separate movable residence is proposed.
The design output includes the exterior design, interior space design, interior design, and corresponding service process design. It aims to design a cheap and flexible high-quality space model that can live and travel, so as to provide housing and transportation services suitable for the life style of young people in the transitional period, and solve the problem of young people's garage at one time. The residence can be divided into three parts: working space, rest space and kitchen and toilet space. The working space is also a travel space, which can independently meet the daily travel needs of users. Rest space can be combined with travel space to realize moving function, which is convenient and fast. Kitchen and toilet space is built into the community, and users can use it in combination by staying in the community. It provides a new choice of living and traveling mode, which not only solves the housing problem, but also meets the travel demand. Users can use it in combination according to their own needs, which has strong variability and compatibility, greatly increasing the flexibility of housing, effectively integrating housing and travel resources, and easing the shortage of land resources.
