Introduction: The global home fitness equipment market is expected to grow from US $11.87 billion in 2020 to US $16.92 billion in 2027, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.2%. More and more people choose to exercise at home, especially during the epidemic, which has become the only choice for many people. Family fitness generally faces problems such as small space, noise, and single exercise mode. This product is intended to solve these problems and design a home fitness product that is convenient to store and save space and integrates multiple fitness methods. The design style focuses on the sense of home and modernity, integrates two mainstream family fitness equipment, rowing machine and spinning bicycle, and switches the fitness mode through the angle of X structure. When idle, it is closed and convenient to store and meets various fitness functions in a narrow space. A unified magnetic damping system is used to provide quiet and efficient damping for rowing and riding. Different gears can be switched by adjusting the distance between the magnet and the flywheel. The ergonomic design of the seat meets the sitting comfort of both riding and rowing. Riding adopts belt drive, which is quieter and more suitable for home use than chain drive.
