The Xita inventory robot can inspect and scan 55 bookshelves per hour, saving 4 bookshelves per hour compared with manual work. According to 360 bookshelves per bookshelf, it can scan nearly 20,000 books per hour.
The robot can also start automatically at regular intervals and inspect according to the set path. It can also plan the path autonomously and upload it to the server automatically after the inspection is completed.
The West Tower inventory robot can inspect and scan 55 bookshelves per hour, which saves 4 bookshelves per hour compared to manual labor. ba-sed on 360 books per bookshelf, it can scan nearly 20,000 books per hour.
The robot can also start automatically at regular intervals, and patrol according to the set path, or the system can independently plan the path, and automatically upload it to the server after the patrol is completed.
This project was completed by Tang Zong of N98 DESIGN with me. It lasted for more than one and a half years. The difficulty lies in repeatedly testing the structural stability and the high requirements of the scanning system on materials. At the same time, the overall weight of the product also needs to be well balanced. The design is a systematic project and will continue to refuel in the future.
(PS: The product won the Excellence Award in the "Xiaoxiang Cup" Industrial Competition, and was listed and put into use in Changsha Library, etc.)
