Description of Design Works: This product is a modular hand-held electric tool specially used for DIY panel furniture decoration. Its users are DIY home decoration users. It has the functions of cutting and blanking, drilling and assembling, etc. Its core design concept is to use tools in the process of panel furniture decoration, including modular combination design of electric circular saw and electric drill. The design includes universal design ideas and various connection matching structural ideas. The highlights of the design are as follows: by analyzing the home decoration process of panel furniture, the types of electric tools used in the home decoration process are simplified, and the specificity, easy storage and portability of the tools are strengthened. By analyzing the rotor, power, speed, and volume of the electric circular saw and electric drill, as well as the operation holding direction, working direction, and power transmission direction, the modular design concept and many assembly structures, transmission structures, etc. are used to redesign them. Combine: The product includes the cutting and blanking module of the electric circular saw and the punching and elastic screw module of the electric drill, while strengthening its basic functions, the two modules can be used in combination through the rotation and deformation of the grip, which is convenient to operate and saves the production and design costs of the enterprise. The electric circular saw function module has newly developed the design of the opposite grip, which realizes the universal design of undifferentiated use between left and right hands by adjusting the rotation mode. The body of the product is equipped with an electronic display device to present the operation mode and operation state in real time to reduce the damage caused by misoperation. The design description of the product is divided into three parts: function description, structure description, and appearance description. Function description: 1. The electric circular saw module is used to cut 15-35mm panel furniture home decoration materials. Its cutting functions include linear cutting, 0-42mm depth adjustment cutting, and 0-45 ° angle adjustment cutting. 2. The cutting saw blade adopts a 5-inch bidirectional saw blade, which can meet the requirements of bidirectional cutting back and forth and improve the operation efficiency. 3. Switch the electric drill module, with the functions of drilling and batch screws, and can complete the drilling and assembly of panel furniture processing. 4. Equipped with an electronic display screen, it can switch various modes, adjust torque speed, and display functions of working status and working direction. Structural description: 1. The grip adopts a chute structure to rotate, saving the internal space of the product and reducing the volume of the product. 2. The matching of the electric drill and the electric circular saw, and the matching structure of the drill chuck and the electric drill can be fixed in all directions to prevent the damage caused by the loosening of the connection during operation and ensure the safety of use. 3. The product adopts a fully wrapped saw blade protective shell structure, which can effectively reduce the influence of dust and noise during cutting. Appearance description: 1. Compared with similar products, its overall shape is strong, and its size is small, the appearance is square, and it is like a trapezoidal table, which has strong stability and is easy to shelve and store. 2. The holding mode of the product conforms to the daily operation habits and can meet the holding of long-distance push saw and short-distance cutting. 3. The color adopts bright yellow, which gives people a positive and energetic psychological hint, and weakens the negative psychological pressure and negative emotional influence brought by noise and dust environment to users during operation.
