Nowadays, people's living standards are getting higher and higher, and the demand for daily necessities is becoming more and more diversified. As an organic plant fiber, rush grass has the significance of green value, which is to meet people's needs for environmental protection products. Seeking rush woven fabrics while optimizing products can give people visual enjoyment. This topic is to study Leizhou rush and its weaving technology. During the investigation, it was found that the variety of rush products was single and the weaving lacked diversification. Research is carried out around this problem, taking the flower ware in daily necessities as the design object, and making a practical attempt on the traditional weaving process and material treatment of rush grass. Before design, look for a large number of excellent grass fabrics at home and abroad, analyze and learn their advantages and disadvantages. Based on the experience of predecessors, practice and summary are carried out. The weaving method uses mixed weaving, and the color is based on the Chinese Five Elements color theory. The advantages and disadvantages of materials are explored in materials, and materials are matched to make full use of rush.
