This set of intelligent cockpit HMI automatic test system is the first in China to adopt 3D machine vision technology to realize the automatic simulation test of vehicle-mounted straight screen and special-shaped screen under laboratory conditions.
The equipment simulates the operation of clicking, sliding screen, dragging and so on on the display screen by the manipulator, and simulates the recognition of UI interface switching by the human eye through the camera. Independent research and development of test management software, using graphical interface design, can be a key to execute and generate test reports. The system covers functional tests such as touch interaction, voice interaction, mobile phone interconnection, CAN bus communication, etc., as well as performance tests such as fluency, response time and reliable stability, which can greatly improve the testing efficiency and product quality of cockpit products.
