Marked by the evolution of hardware, consumer VR has entered the era of all-in-one machines. The immersion of VR does not only come from the helmets or glasses we wear. Having a good control experience is very important for virtual display technology. The handle can naturally interact with the virtual reality scene, which is the mainstream and feasible way of interaction.
At present, many hand devices in the Chinese market do not conform to the wearing habits of Chinese people. The VR handle that fits the size of the Chinese hand and meets the needs of differentiated ergonomics has huge design space. The purpose of this topic is to output a VR handle design that meets the comfort of most Chinese people.
The design process is to confirm the key feature size, modify and adjust the discomfort area, output the prototype of the handle scheme, evaluate and modify the prototype, and finally produce a comfortable VR handle V-SWORD by launching a subjective and objective evaluation competition research experiment based on the use of VR handle.
V stands for virtuaL,velocity,V-SWORD can quickly establish the connection between human and virtual world, ergonomic handle, from the position of shape and action button to the size, every small detail brings comfortable and accurate grip experience. The V-SWORD based on 3D hand data allows users to interact with virtual scenes naturally and comfortably.
