Modeling design concept
1: Modular segmented structure
The whole machine adopts a segmented module splicing model, which independently divides the functional units of feeding, processing, temperature control and discharging. Each box has a module of 33.33cm inches, which is not only convenient for factory disassembly and transportation, on-site assembly, but also convenient for later separate replacement of faulty modules. The linear long fuselage is fitted with the operation logic of the assembly line, the moving line is smooth and has no visual redundancy, and is suitable for the layout of long stations in the factory building.
2: hale and hearty geometric industrial language
The whole is mainly flat section and right-angle folding surface, abandoning redundant curved surface and matching the hard core attribute of heavy machinery. The corners are passivated with micro-arc to weaken the potential safety hazards caused by sharp edges and corners, and both industrial strength and operation safety are taken into account.
3: Contrast color brand visual system
The main body adopts stable matte dark gray to carry the heavy feeling of the equipment, and highly saturated bright yellow is used as the brand identification color, which is mainly used for the equipment door frame, side trim strip and end module. The yellow and black contrast colors not only form a strong visual focus in the open factory building, which is convenient for workers to quickly locate the equipment operation area, but also unify the brand visual symbols and strengthen the TOPGUN brand memory point.
