Design description:
1. Muscle aesthetics: the whole machine is beautiful and atmospheric, strong and vigorous, reflecting strong industrial production capacity and sustainable development ability;
2. The whole is mainly composed of frame structure and modular design. The upper and middle handles can be used and can resist the impact force of 80kg, and have strong resistance in harsh working environment. In terms of operation, digital LCD screen and easy-to-understand UI interface are adopted, which makes users easy to use, convenient and fast, far exceeding other similar products; knob and V self-luminous lamp can not only indicate that the parameter setting is normal, but also inform the operation status of the machine. The storage space in the middle provides a perfect solution for the easy loss of accessories;
3. Clear instructions in use and convenient operation; A special proportion of PC + ABS and additives are adopted to accurately control the manufacturing accuracy, which reflects the high-end quality of the whole machine and can be recycled, conforming to international environmental protection tests such as REACH and RoHS;
4. The inside of the whole machine adopts an ingenious "cage structure", so that the connection between parts can be modularized, so as to realize the integrated automatic assembly flow line into reality, and the production efficiency is greatly improved;
5. The specially optimized PFC circuit achieves the maximum utilization rate at the power grid end, which is 20% higher than that of traditional models, reduces the load and realizes the green power grid connection. At the same time, at the EMC end, the anti-pollution of electromagnetic compatibility is increased to realize ultra-wide voltage range (AC90V-AC260V). Even in remote areas and areas with serious network voltage fluctuations, it can work completely and stably;
6. The communication protocol is fully compatible with all welding robots, and a powerful Internet expert database has been established, so it can adapt to most working conditions.
