"NEW TIMES VILLA" is located in the most upscale area of Yiwu-Futian Street, with unique geographical and natural conditions. The project explores the oriental landscape in depth, draws aesthetic inspiration from the oriental landscape, and deeply considers the subtle connection between man and nature, creating a compound living space that integrates gardens and salons. Based on the concept of "Oriental Landscape", this project captures the essence of Yiwu's natural scenery and combines it with contemporary design techniques to establish a pattern of "garden in the middle of the garden, courtyard in the garden. The goal is to cultivate a new dimension of modern ideal life by harnessing the wisdom of ancient crafts. The main entrance to the project features a Zen stone, an enticing element that draws visitors to interact with the surrounding landscape and guides them further into the space. The intricate boulevards, towering retaining walls and superimposed waterscapes conjure a sense of seclusion, giving the impression of a break from the secular world and a transition to idyllic seclusion. The core leisure area takes space art as the display area, featuring large doorway eaves, large and luxurious green stone exquisite marble walls, as well as warm and natural space tones, supplemented by smooth metal line design, creating a low-key sense of luxury. The waterfall on the opposite side adds a flowing beauty to the whole space, while the splashing water is like an elegant string of white pearls, bringing visual and auditory enjoyment to tourists, as if they are in the fresh and peaceful environment of nature. In addition, the sidewalk is located on a mirrored water feature, providing visitors with a unique experience reminiscent of walking on water. This design makes every visit an opportunity for meaningful interaction with nature.
