Mocare is a product-service system designed to integrate community sanitation and waste recycling based on sustainable development, circular economy and humanistic care. Integration and innovation are carried out in view of the pain points of low salary, high work intensity, lack of social identity, lack of channels, poor service experience, information asymmetry and inconsistent prices in today's sanitation work.
The Mocare service system and series of products help sanitation workers improve their work efficiency while increasing the work of home recycling waste products, thus enabling sanitation workers to improve their salary and decent work. Community residents can make appointments with sanitation workers to collect waste products on-site through the Mocare applet. After evaluation, both community residents and sanitation workers can obtain corresponding integral feedback, which promotes the enthusiasm of residents to classify and recycle waste, improves the recycling rate of waste products, and establishes long-term emotional contact with sanitation workers to build a community ecological life circle of "everyone is a participant in environmental protection.
Mocare has found the feasibility of commercial profitability while reflecting ecological and economic sustainability. The recycled waste products will eventually be traded at the end, forming a virtuous circle of closed-loop business models.
