Children's hands must be fixed with splints, dressings or socks as an injection site may become damaged or the needle may be removed. But this method makes children uncomfortable and may also cause dangers such as infection and dermal necrosis. i-ringer, an IV guard for children, solves such issues. Its hand-shaped design fixes the patient's hand with a minimum area to help them feel comfortable. The protective cap safeguards the injection site. The open-type, transparent protective cap helps nurses easily see the injection site and provide medical treatment. In particular, the turtle-shaped protective cap eases children's fear of injections.
