The project will be launched at the end of 20 years and is expected to be a small-scale trial production in May 21.
At the end of 20 years, the appearance plan was confirmed, and difficulties were found when the cost budget for structural design was started. Finally, the plan was basically overturned (redesign) before the Lunar New Year because the structural realization cost could not be well solved.
The re-plan is expected to go public by the end of August, catching up with the big push. After the New Year, the plan will be re-confirmed in the middle of March, and the effect of the connection structure in April, the realization cost of each detail process and the problems (smooth). At the beginning of May, the test function of the functional hand board prototype was started. The docking was in the cooperative hand board factory. In the middle of May, the information of the hand board factory was received. Because the metal wall part could not be typed out, the middle was disconnected during the typing, and the thickened material was needed to be re-typed (plus money). I also agreed to thicken and hit it again. In the end, I still failed to hit it several times. A lot of materials were wasted and the hand board factory did not dare to go on the machine again. I unsubscribed, saying that the accuracy of the machine may not be enough. (Toss for 1 month) In the later period, I also contacted other boards, Shanghai-Shenzhen-Dongguan-Foshan. After four boards were abandoned, many of them did not dare to take it after listening to it, and they were depressed. When the time comes in July, the listing plan can only be postponed. I missed the best time to go public and can only postpone it until next year. I plan to go public in March 21 to catch up with the dealer conference.
Because the number of hardware touch sets is large, more tests are needed to reduce the time for later mold adjustment. The cost of circuit boards is also rising, and the wait-and-see time is also lengthening.
The hand board finally decided not to proofing the metal wall part and pulled it out with a simple gong mold, because it was a simple pull-up for functional testing, so there were no details to speak of, square and square, and it was not beautiful. It could only wait for the final adjustment of those details (with risks) after the mold was opened. The current machine can only do preliminary tests in the early stage. The cooking time, cooking effect, cooking time and other preliminary tests of various foods are basically no problem with their functions. The details of the functional tests have been adjusted in 8 months. Determine the mold casting, and then a few months is a long time to open the mold adjustment, later communication grinding tool details adjustment, color scheme proofing confirmation, go through the listing process.
