In order to ensure that the mold can be smoothly removed from the edge of the product, the edge of the product cannot be straight up and down at 90 degrees. There must be a mold angle. At this time, the two sides are buckled, and there is a height in the middle, which cannot be leveled,
Second, it is the bracket. If it is produced in the way it is drawn, then the whole bracket is solid, regardless of the weight problem. If such a large group of glue enters the mold, it will take a very long time, especially 24 hours a day. If this time is long, the daily output will be low, which is not in line with economy at all, on the other hand, there is too much glue. Sometimes the outside is formed, but the inside is not necessarily cured. Even if the mold is barely formed, when it is put aside, the outside is formed, but the inside is not good. Therefore, when it is put aside, the heat inside will shrink the outside and form shrinkage lines. In this way, this product is a defective product. Therefore, the correct way should be to make the bracket into the form of upper and lower, I haven't stressed the problem of straight edge yet!
Third, the coordination between the bracket and the whole. According to the designer's design, the product can be placed at 45/60/75 angles. According to the display in the figure, the bracket is directly installed in the shell through a shaft. However, such a design actually goes down as soon as it is put on, so it cannot be placed at the specified angle at all. In fact, that effect should be achieved, there must be a buckle structure on the side, but the designer did not consider this kind of operation at all,
To sum up all kinds of situations, this is just something designed by an ID designer who knows a little knowledge of molds. In terms of what is presented here, it is produced and cannot achieve the desired results!
