Compared with the traditional arc-shaped sugar knife, the design of the reverse grip knife makes the operation safer. The blade surface with anti-scratch titanium carbide is more suitable for cutting sugar and other ingredients containing nuts. Modeling design features: ● The design of reverse grip can reduce the risk of the user's excessive force on the cutting grip leading to fatigue and loosening the tool. ● The extended grip is beneficial to the user through the use of the thumb. ● The arc design with the radius of 123mm as the center of the tool grip is helpful for rolling cutting operation and can reduce the weight feeling of the tool. ● The design of the safety knife sleeve with personalized elimination nozzle design can prevent the user from being injured and keep the knife dry after cleaning. Material: (1.) Handle: HDPE. (2.) Blade: 420J2 high-carbon stainless steel is completely tempered and quenched twice, and the hardness of the steel reaches HRC 54.5 (HRC = 54.5) by adding cryogenic treatment (SUBZERO). (3.) Surface treatment: PVD-TiC the use of physical vapor deposition (PVD) environmental protection process plating black-gray titanium carbide (TiC) material can increase the surface hardness, its HV can reach 2400 ↑, help to cut nuts food more scratch-resistant. (4.) Knife sleeve: HDPE.
