The current design market is still controlled by design Party A. At present, the overall trust in the design market in China is slightly insufficient, and the design level is uneven, resulting in Party A's excessive interference in the promotion of design. In addition, many Party A wants to plagiarize and find an explosive design that looks the same as before while avoiding patents.
I admire the kind of design with or without, that is, products that have not appeared in this world have been innovatively designed. Now many products are designed on things designed by others. There are multiple brands for the same product.
No design is the best design

In the past, I thought Xiaomi's product design was very simple, and I thought I could do it. Later, after contacting Xiaomi, I found that simple design contains harsh aesthetic details (don't believe it, maybe you have been engaged in design for several years, but you may not be able to draw an R angle well). Strict design logic, many products of Xiaomi ecological chain are not better, but seek to do the best at a certain price. In some design companies or some enterprises that do not value design value, you must have experienced your leader's design aesthetics or leadership to you, making you very painful and wronged. In the process of docking with Xiaomi, Sister Ning and Xiaomi designers, to a large extent, are convinced by virtue, rational and logical design, giving you a lot of design space and respect, this kind of design environment many enterprises can not give. However, Xiaomi's concise, elegant and popular aesthetic orientation also proves that this kind of population is only 8-15%. China is so big that it is impossible to only need "millet". Xiaomi is very good, Apple is very good, Gucci is also very good, human nature is very complicated, and each takes what it needs. Just like there are many kinds of drinks, coffee, milk tea, orange juice, cola... and their intersection is water.

Only when enterprises and society respect design, rather than using design as a means of marketing and money, can China's design be truly improved.
The boss who has been saying that Xiaomi products are "low in price and disturb the industry rules" can be forgiven if his identity is only a designer, because his eyes are only products; if it is a senior enterprise, there will be a problem. Xiaomi does business, and its products are only commercial media. In the Internet era, the value of a company lies in how many users it has, so Xiaomi relies on "Wumart Value" products to acquire users. This is business logic. From the perspective of business logic, it is easy to understand why the price of Xiaomi products is low. Last night, Xiaomi held a press conference to build a car. The car made by Xiaomi is definitely "cost-effective". Enterprises that are also in the ranks of car building now, if the research and development speed is faster, they will be able to taste the benefits if they are developed and listed earlier than Xiaomi. After being later than Xiaomi, a group of people will jump out and say that Xiaomi has disrupted the whole car industry. Xiaomi is not a car.
