A thick brush head will increase the likelihood of retching on the inside of the brush.
We should learn from Panasonic, make the thickness of the bottom plate of the brush head 3.2mm, and then drive the magnet to rotate through a linear motor similar to DL system or a crank slider structure similar to EW-1150 like a plunger pump, or a EW-1031 rotating motor to adsorb or repel another magnet connected with the main shaft of the return spring to realize telescopic movement.
In this way, the back of the brush head will not knock teeth, at most a small circle at the top may bump teeth, and the possibility of knocking teeth can be greatly avoided by turning on the front and back of the area.

1-If the upper half is made of metal, how is it formed? If it is made of plastic material, how is it formed?
2-The design purpose is to solve the dirt problem of the keys, but the parts in the middle of the fuselage will obviously bring dirt problems. Why not remove the parts?
3-Why is the magnetic charging form at the bottom a single point?
To sum up the above three questions, I think superficially that the design is not thinking enough and the form is greater than the function.
Allow me to answer your questions one by one:
First, the metal material has a high tolerance for uneven wall thickness, and the tiny upturned arc does not affect the effect after molding. Of course, in order to present the effect, I did not show the closing line in the rendering, please forgive me.
Second, the split gap in the middle section of the fuselage should be able to achieve a smaller tolerance, and the ability to hide dirt will be much smaller than the movable gap of the key. Moreover, at present, it is inevitable that the fuselage needs at least two parts. I hope the fuselage will show obvious CMF contrast to strengthen the appearance impact, so the parts line will be located in the middle of the fuselage.
Third, the magnetic attraction is the center point plus an outer ring electric contact surface, not a single point. The approach is conceived to draw on the "magnetic charging cable" and is optimized on a personal level.
Finally, it is emphasized again that this is a conceptual work, the "next" toothbrush. The final landing of a complete product usually requires the cooperation of relevant personnel in various fields. I only as an industrial designer ability is still limited, it is difficult to cover all aspects, welcome everyone's reasonable analysis and discussion.
