Hello everyone, I am Shenzhen medical industry designer-Liu Hexiong, aseptic takeover machine-the work is coming:
1. Suitable for laboratories, research institutes, hospitals and other places
2. The automatic aseptic takeover machine provides a simple, flexible and fast solution for aseptic connection in all biopharmaceutical production processes.
3. The instrument first heats the blade to remove pyrogen, and then cools to the welding temperature, which is controlled by an infrared sensor. After the blade cuts the tube, the tube clamp automatically rotates to establish a new connection.

In 2022, there were five medical applications and I won four IF awards. However, I still did it in my old employer. I sent them out to learn and guide each other. The works have their own design style in them. I hope you will support and encourage them more!!

The academic exhibition of the industry in 2023 became the focus of the whole audience, attracting industry experts to guide and congratulate Ebetai Biology on its own opening!

To start using the sterile nozzle, the operator inserts the accessory holder, disposable blade and TPE tube and starts the connection process via the touch screen. The instrument first heats the blade to remove pyrogens, and then cools to the welding temperature, which is controlled by an infrared sensor. After the blade cuts the pipe, the pipe clamp automatically rotates to establish a new connection.
