In designing this mobile DR system, we delved into key use cases in the healthcare environment and understood the complex interactions between healthcare workers and patients. Through a detailed dismantling of the eight core scenarios, we identified 22 key segmentation steps and further identified 41 potential user pain points. This process is not just about collecting data, but about gaining insight into users' real needs and challenges.

Our goal is to create a mobile DR system that is not only powerful, but also extremely easy to use through accurate user research. The extremely detailed usage maps are used in the design to help maintain a constant focus on the user experience during the design process. Design a precise solution for each pain point to ensure that every detail of the product can meet the actual operating needs of medical staff, while improving patient comfort.

Through this user-centered design approach, a mobile DR system is created that truly improves healthcare workflow and patient care. We look forward to seeing this product perform well in a clinical setting and deliver an unprecedented experience for healthcare professionals and patients.
