Located in the heart of Tongzhou New District, the HEART AESTHESIS Demonstration Zone seamlessly integrates urban development with ecological harmony. It transcends traditional boundaries and seems to float above the lush greenery. The design draws inspiration from the waves, subtly incorporating the imagery of bubbles (formed by the collision and swirl of the waves) into the landscape. The journey unfolds gracefully, guiding visitors from the entrance through the welcoming foyer into the spacious atrium and culminating in the playful dance of the leaping fountain in the garden. Each residence has been carefully designed to be an independent sanctuary with a private garden that blends smooth elegance with tranquility. The front yard greets visitors with a vibrant garden that unfolds scrolls of natural harmony. The continuous walls are carefully crafted from Yuman beige marble, with gray finishes and fossil shell textures, intertwined with the architectural contours to create a striking focus. Underfoot, the undulating pavement design varies in finish and texture, and every step is filled with a rhythmic pulse. The Spanish marble decor is elegantly interspersed with architectural details, injecting a touch of sophistication. In this scene, verdant trees stand proudly, their leaves changing with the seasons to enhance the spatial narrative and enrich the visual depth. Here, light and shadow complement the swaying canopy and the gentle murmur of water, guiding visitors to an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. As visitors enter the main entrance, they are enveloped in the warmth of the fusion of Diamond Blue marble, starry ceiling and azure tiles. In the atrium, the lush greenery harmoniously blends with the interior and exterior window designs, reminiscent of the tranquility of a teahouse under the canopy. Pavilion-like pergolas wind through the verdant landscape, and translucent metal screens effortlessly transform the interior landscape, promoting a seamless dialogue between nature and the built environment. Across the atrium, there are leaping fountains in the garden, further decorated by patchwork flower arrangements. The flow of frugal skins and the ingeniously random stones balance serenity and vitality. In this setting, rocks and trees make a serene scene, accompanied by the gentle whisper of the stream, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in their journey.
