On October 30th, the final of the 2025 Shenzhen "Bank of Communications Cup" Assistive Device Creative Design Competition and the annual release of typical cases of scientific and technological assistance to the disabled came to a successful conclusion at Southern University of Science and Technology. Kong Deming, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the China Center for Assistive Devices for the Disabled, Shenzhen Dong Xiu, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairman of the Disabled Persons' Federation, attended the event. After rigorous scoring and careful argumentation by the expert review team, the "3,000-step lower limb exoskeleton robot" independently developed by step robot finally won the first prize in the category of innovative products, and won financial support to help the disabled with science and technology.
