After graduate school, it is always very close to the paper and far away from the design. I tried to unify the two: using the paper to guide the design practice and using the design practice to expand the paper, but it never succeeded, which made me feel frustrated. Therefore, I want to do some relaxed design, aiming at self-encouragement to revive my will to live. The little dinosaur glasses were born with such a mission-I was smiling and in a good mood in the whole process of designing them, and the click and lift of the mouse were all enjoyable.
Many product designs in history can reflect the characteristics of that era. Similarly, every daily necessities I designed can also reflect the state of the inner world during this period. Recently, due to the combined effect of various reasons, my mood has become empty and optimistic. I have accepted the fact that I am not good at scientific research, reached a settlement with myself, changed some decisions, and strengthened some decisions.
This is a strange design inspired by dinosaurs. It uses machine data as a size reference. The shape is naive and the color matching is particularly eye-catching, bringing people a moment of relaxation and pleasure. At the same time, it also confirms the saying that "in this era, beauty and ugliness are not so important, and boredom is the most deadly".
