Compared to the hard ice cream commonly found in retail, consumers prefer the taste of ready-made soft ice cream (our common cone ice cream), which is more delicate and mellow, and has a better taste. Traditional soft ice cream requires a large ice cream machine with a complex configuration process to make a delicious cone. International well-known ice brand Aiduo has introduced a smaller combination of hand pressure machine and ice cream capsule, providing more flexible on-the-spot cone equipment scheme for retail places that cannot meet the needs of large-scale equipment.

In this process, convex and concave first need to consider two dimensions-how to make the use of the product easier and more convenient? How to reduce the incidence of mechanical failure? As a device prepared for commercial operation services, the two must be considered in terms of functional use.
First of all, in order to meet the more concise and smooth machine use, and more secure and low failure rate, convex and concave in the machine to increase the internal infrared sensing components. It makes the movement of the machine more safe and controllable during use, and it can stop operation and reset the parts in time when it encounters a fault. Secondly, the machine needs not less than 50kg of force to extrude the raw materials from the metal capsule, and evenly applies force during the movement to smoothly press the semi-solid ice cream raw materials into the cone. At the same time, it can also detect whether the merchants are actually using these machines, and help regional sales judge timely replenishment.

Based on the above functional principles, confirm the size of all parts, convex and concave design carried out the industrial design of the overall equipment, and further optimize the appearance and shape according to the user experience. The placement of the keys, the consideration of the vents and heat dissipation on the back, and how to reduce the noise generated by the machine during operation all require the optimization of the structural design after the exterior design is determined.
After all structural designs are completed, the convex and concave plates will be punched out of an engineering prototype for testing to confirm whether the technical development requirements and design requirements are met.
