Project background: Single photon emission tomography equipment (SPECT) is a large-scale Class III B medical equipment for clinical nuclear medicine diagnosis.
Innovative value: The final product is wrapped in the internal structure as much as possible on the basis of the prototype, minimizing the volume of the product and ensuring that the product is suitable for more and more crowded hospital environments.
Product strategy: At the beginning of the project, we had close communication with Yongxin's R & D team, surveyed the prototype on the spot, and conducted seminar workshop together to explore opportunities and creativity in product design.
User insight: in the design, the designer personally experienced the claustrophobic feeling of patients in spect-ct use, and finally entered the industrial design stage, and also proposed a scheme to increase the lighting and entrance radian for such product problems.
1. This Spect-CT designed for Yongxin uses geometric elements to create a sense of science and technology of the product, connecting hexagons and circles to improve the utilization rate of internal space. At the same time, the waterfall design of the base also adds stability to the product.
2. At the same time, the scale on the bed side is also one of the important design points. In order to prevent wear and tear, we personally experienced the operation of the whole process of medical care, defined the scale position on the bed side, minimized the direct touch of human hands, and added acrylic cover plate as protection.
