设计前观察下附近的设施吧，浙江不像北方沿海，有台风袭扰，照片里的公共建筑全是钢筋混泥土还是低趴那种设计，居民楼都是石墙水泥，严重怀疑该项目的可持续性和结构强度，也不知道是公共系统出钱做的还是私人赞助的，后者当我没说。
