1. Design concept Electric tools such as angle grinders are playing an increasingly important role in people's daily life. In the use of the angle grinder, in more cases, it will be used for cutting, opening, etc., and the demand for grinding and derusting is relatively small. However, because the angle grinder is a hand-held tool, the safety accidents caused by the shattering and angle deviation of the hand during cutting occur from time to time, and the lack of professional armor in the family environment makes the use of the angle grinder especially dangerous. This design is triggered by thinking about this problem and visualizes the jitter when using an angle grinder. 2. Innovation points The innovation of this product in design is mainly reflected in the following two aspects: First, the functional positioning. According to the previous market research, the current mainstream products on the market have the problem of unclear functional positioning. The original intention of the design of the angle grinder product is to focus on the polishing function, and in its actual use process, people will tend to convert it into cutting tools in more cases, and major brands will also focus on the promotion of its product The diversity of functions, and even emphasize its performance as a cutting tool. However, in the investigation of users, it was found that the angle grinder used as a cutting tool has serious safety hazards. This product is designed from this point of view to make the angle grinder product more suitable for cutting and clarify its functional positioning. Second, the target population. Most products are more inclined to a professional environment in terms of usage and appearance. Non-professionals account for a considerable proportion of its buyers, and over-professional operations and appearance often cause trouble to users in these family environments. This product is positioned as a household electric tool. First of all, it is more intuitive in the semantics of product operation to adapt to the general population with insufficient experience; secondly, its appearance design is more affinity to avoid the cold and cold generated by the over-industrial modeling style. A sense of distance. 3. Technology and Implementation The core design point of this product is to reduce the situation of chipping due to poor stability when the angle grinder is hand-held cutting, and to feed back the angle deviation of cutting to its users in real time to assist it in controlling the smoothness of the hand. The specific form is to indicate the degree of deviation of the saw blade with the change of cursor color on the annular display screen between the machine head and the machine body. The main technologies applied to this concept are as follows: 1. OLED flexible display, it can adapt to the modeling characteristics of the angle grinder body and realize the information display on the curved surface. At present, this technology has been widely used in smart phones and other products; 2. gravity sensing, in order to ensure that the cursor is always in a position that is easy for users to observe under different cutting angles, it needs to be kept at the top of the ring screen, this process is realized by a built-in gravity rocker chip similar to a mobile phone. 3. to record the current cutting angle, in order to judge whether the angle deviates during the cutting process, it is necessary to record the current cursor position at the moment of starting cutting and cancel the recording at the end of cutting. The deviation of the cursor position during cutting will lead to the change of cursor color. According to the change of the force of the angle grinder before and after cutting, the position of the cursor is recorded by the force sensor. In addition, on the display of the cursor color, it is green in the normal state. In the process of gradually increasing the deviation angle, the hue of its color gradually changes from green to yellow and red, indicating the process of gradually increasing danger from a safe state.
