Sniper is based on vibration injection droplet generation technology, integrating droplet generator, PCR amplifier and droplet scanner. It designs and develops a new generation of droplet digital PCR instrument DQ24, with a number of core patents and completely independent intellectual property rights.
The whole process of the machine is automated, 24 samples are tested within two hours, and 6 fluorescence channels are integrated at the same time. The effective droplets can be more than 96.8%. With special oil phase and special consumables, the cost of digital PCR operation can be controlled to be equivalent to that of ordinary quantitative PCR. It not only helps to reduce the cost, but also greatly improves the degree of automation of the experiment, reduces the interference of human operation, and improves the sensitivity of detection.
This product is widely used in tumor concomitant diagnosis, virus detection, pharmacogenomics, non-invasive prenatal diagnosis (NIPT), etc.
