The overall trend is that the epidemic situation starts from time to time, and it may break out on a small scale at any time. It returns from foreign countries and seasonal attacks and delays for a long time, which has a profound impact on all aspects. This study takes the community nucleic acid detection products and service system in such a "post-epidemic era" as the starting point, through qualitative and quantitative research methods, using research tools such as ISSUE MAP, user interviews, data crawlers, emotional data analysis, etc., the existing community collective nucleic acid detection process, basic user groups, stakeholders, etc. are analyzed and integrated. After a considerable understanding of the product, the outstanding problems of the service system are further optimized, focusing on solving process visualization problems, special population service problems, and online product optimization problems. Build new stakeholder systems, user journeys, prototypes, and conduct prototype tests to obtain feedback, in order to provide reference solutions to large-scale public health problems in the future.
