3. the scope of the competition
The competition design scheme solicitation focuses on the innovation and development needs of the power tool industry, mainly for power tool products, but also can be extended to related products. Participants are encouraged to carry out innovative design of power tool products, fully considering the performance, function, appearance, safety, green and intelligence of power tool products, and can also integrate, integrate and innovate existing product series.

1. The author shall promise that the work is an original work, and shall not infringe the intellectual property rights or any other rights of others. Works that have been published, won awards in other design competitions or designed for third-party services shall not participate in the competition;
2. The works should conform to the theme of this competition, be forward-looking, and grasp the future trend of the product; highlight the application of new technologies, product performance and functional innovation; fully consider market value and realizability.
3. Submit a design layout for a work, including: the title of the competition, the name of the work, the overall effect diagram, the partial effect diagram, the design description, etc. (the author's name, unit and any mark shall not appear in the layout, otherwise the qualification of the work will be canceled), the size is A2 (420*594mm, both horizontal and vertical versions are acceptable), and the resolution is 150~300dpi.

8. intellectual property rights
1. For those created by the designer of the enterprise and won the gold, silver and bronze awards in the competition, the intellectual property rights of the winning works shall be owned by the enterprise. If a student wins an award, the intellectual property of the award-winning work belongs to the Wuyi Electric Tools Association, and the author of the award-winning work has the right of signature. The Association has the right to declare the patent of the award-winning works before the works are exhibited. Except for the authorization of the association, no unit or individual may redesign, produce, sell, publicize, publish, exhibit and other forms of promotion and transfer of the award-winning works of this competition, otherwise the association has the right to pursue legal responsibility.
2. Winners of the gold, silver and bronze awards in the competition shall provide six views of their works for relevant patent applications.
3. The entries shall comply with the current relevant laws and regulations. For example, the participants shall be responsible for the legal responsibilities caused by the participants' plagiarism, theft of trade secrets, infringement of other technology patents, etc., and the organizing committee has the right to cancel their qualifications.
4. The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of this competition.
