The project “Blue Wind” started with an aged fishing vessel, which depicts a tale, that is invisible but still existing. This story leads us to feel the invisible breeze and its journey from the far-away sea to the park. As the wind blows, the blue ceiling with thousands pieces will become a storyteller and becomes waving canopy with a fantastic view. Instead of solid material, moving films will incarnate the sea waves. From this project, we hope to bring to light their story and in further enrich the people's everyday life. By this imagination, the park will give us more various questions and thoughts about the River.
