Foot problems can cause sore feet, deformation, long and short legs, etc. According to the different foot problems of each person, the data is collected by the foot pressure instrument, and the data is edited by the parametric algorithm to generate the exoskeleton insole with corrective effect. For example: flat feet, add support at the arch of the foot, and adjust the angle of the insole, can adjust the gait. Parametric algorithm, with healthy feet as the basic model, establishes parametric data points, changes parameters according to different foot problems, and generates optimal results for solving different problems. The design of the algorithm is inspired by the lightweight skeleton of Asuka. It uses a light-weight and strong supporting structure as an exoskeleton. According to the foot pressure characteristics, the stress point and shock absorption area are established to solve the problem due to excessive local pressure. Biomechanical problems caused by uneven force and insufficient support. The exoskeleton insole consists of a half pad plus a full pad, similar to the relationship between bone and muscle. The half pad is made of hard material, which plays the role of support and adjustment. The full pad is made of soft material and is used in conjunction with the half pad to reduce shock absorption and friction. For example, if the arch of the foot is too high, it is necessary to deepen the heel cup, increase the stability of the heel, and strengthen the shock absorption of the foot.
