Boundary FRINGE EV desktop X-ray diffractometer irradiates the X-ray beam on the sample through Sola slit and divergent slit. The sample stage is located in the center of the goniometer. Based on reflection geometry θs-θd, when the X-ray beam satisfies Bragg's law, diffraction occurs in a specific direction, and reaches the X-ray detector through anti-scattering slit, Sola slit and receiving slit. Finally, the collected diffraction pattern is displayed on the analysis software through the data processing system.
