RO1
Ultra Short Throw Projector
The design of RO1 is not only an audio-visual equipment, but also an element that can coordinate with the space environment. It aims to coexist with its surroundings-to blend in rather than intrude-while revealing a low-key sense of its intrinsic value. The design explores the balance between pure geometry and delicate materials, with every proportion carefully considered to create a delicate balance between simplicity and complexity. RO1 strives to reflect the quiet texture of a thoughtful design that enhances the atmosphere without breaking the rhythm of the space.
Heritage
Heritage refers to the long-term history, traditions and characteristics of a country or society. In product design, Heritage helps to establish the identity of the product by creating consistent family elements that reflect classic values, help the brand become an iconic brand, and leave a lasting impression on the user.
The product is rigorously designed around a fully integrated, one-piece structure in which the acoustic chamber and thermal management system are seamlessly integrated. This integration not only ensures the efficiency of the structure and function, but also brings a coordinated visual presentation effect, so that both the sound-emitting parts and the heat-emitting parts can be regarded as part of the overall design language with unified design intent.
Due to cost and manufacturing considerations, plastic was selected instead of metal, which imposed strict restrictions on wall thickness. This makes a balanced through hole ratio essential to ensure product stability, so I constantly calculate and optimize the layout to make full use of each hole.
