Last year, several designers received complaints from strangers: my enzyme bucket is very troublesome to use, and it is inconvenient to open the lid/deflate/stir. you are not designing wet, save the children ~

What the hell is an enzyme bucket? A face of stupid design wet people launched a user survey in this crowd. In a few days, duang received 100 questionnaires at once.

The following is a big wave of complaints:
1. It's annoying to open the lid every time you feed, especially for making kitchen waste enzyme.
2. Open the lid when stirring, air will run in and affect fermentation.
3. It is too distressing not to concentrate the material.
4. Forget to deflate, you will fry the bottle!
5. It is easy to mold if the net is not well pressed.


We seemed to feel everyone's hot eyes in the questionnaire, so we decided to follow!

I made an appointment with the legendary "little sister" and talked with her about a comprehensive idea of 5 yuan.

After several rounds of brainstorming, the research and development process began, and the designers began to make formal efforts.
A few weeks later, the final version of the design came out after several twists and turns.

How to break the "trouble of continuous feeding:

The round hole in the barrel cover in the picture is designed for continuous feeding.

Although the feeding is not carried out in a sealed environment, the action of opening/closing the cover is obviously much simpler, and the opening is small, so as to reduce the air circulation as much as possible in the space that meets the minimum feeding.

How to break "when stirring, air will run in:

Close the small lid and spin to stir.
This action is carried out in a sealed state.

Don't worry about putting air in every time you stir.

How to break "forget to deflate, you will fry the bottle:

There is a sealing ring at the bottom of the small lid, which is an automatic air outlet valve that automatically helps the inside of the barrel to exhaust.

In addition to this sealing ring, the lid is also equipped with a ring of water seal to help the small lid seal better.

The design of double-safety automatic exhaust can stop thinking about regular manual deflation, and there is no need to worry about forgetting to deflate and causing the enzyme barrel to explode in place.

Regarding "it is too distressing not to concentrate the material":

When the enzyme is made: open the entire lid, you can easily take out the enzyme residue, and the enzyme solution can be left in the bucket for later use. In such a second to take the slag, you don't have to worry about fishing the slag every time.



At present, we have applied for an invention patent and a utility model patent for this design.

There are still some small functions that are not reflected in the hand board, but we have not forgotten, such as scale & record, which will be taken into account in mass production.

It should also be noted that the current positioning & design of this product does not represent the final positioning & design, and each trial feedback may be considered in the next iteration. During mass production, the design will also be adjusted according to specific production conditions.
